Banish the Blue.

How Do I Piece All Of This Information Together?

Well, if you’ve been following my blogs for a while now, you may be wondering how to start making all these changes in your life. It can seem like a daunting task to implement these changes, especially when you have probably spent a decent amount of time and money creating a comfortable wireless home.

When starting on a journey like fixing your light environment, you may want to ask yourself some questions about your goals and priorities.

Perhaps you need to lose weight, but eat well and exercise? Then your goals should be to look at your light environment to fix your metabolism – blue light glasses, full spectrum lighting, blue light software and watching the sunrise.

If you know you are very sensitive to EMR, then maybe jumping in and hardwiring your home (download my free guide!) is something you should prioritise, then work on your nutrition and exercise later.

You will also want to do an audit of your home and workspace to get a feel for the sources of nn-EMF and artificial lights so you know what you will need to replace or change to make your living spaces safer (also in my free guide!).

What if you struggle implementing new changes? Pick one or two things to change, then as you settle into your new habit, add some more. Choose one or two things that wouldn’t put too much of a strain on your current day – perhaps cut out gluten and dairy and watch the sunrise daily. Then when you start to feel better from these changes, you will easily be able to add more.

As always, if you work in the IT sector, I offer free consultations and give you a specialised report to help you get started on a journey to improve your light environment. Please reach out via the contact form to book.
